Let's get to meat of potatoes of this stay........ My wife and I were treated with the utmost professionalism, enthusiasm, and care. Front desk ( Jessica and Lena ) were there for any and all requests. Indira (Dining hostess ), Andrea ( Dining sever/ support), Alejandro ( Dining server/ support ). These individuasl out shined ALL others in their roles compared to ALL other vacation experiences in the past....When I say outshines ALL others ,I mean whatever they are doing is top notch.....I didn't get dollared to death........I always bring a couple of bags of American chocolates ( kisses, Dove bites)to hand out generously to staff for their efforts...They smile extra when they see me ......that's right. Breakfast included with a stay of 7 nights........Fantastic buffet , everything from fruits,eggs made to my liking....... various breads, creals, fresh squeezed juices and you know who King of the hill is when it comes to coffee. COLOMBIA!!! Chef is on sight for any requests besides what is being offered on buffet... The hotel, room ,hallways , bathrooms, gym 2nd floor, and common areas were ultra clean....... I ate there alot .( breakfast ,lunch and dinner)...Every entree was consumed happily and I was very impressed ........Presentation, quality, price point..............I was hooked from day one in a very good way.......For the men I recommend Alladins Barber shop...down the hill...make a right......About a hundred feet on right.........Best haircut of my whole life..58 years on this earth.. Geraldo was my barber........Felt like a new man after that session. That transformation he created cost me about 7 dollars, tip included.......had to do the nails for a couple bucks the next day.....They still look awesome a week later .....Wow........For the ladies..........just walk across the street from the hotel for an AWESOME hair cut. My Colombian wife looks ten years younger and she was quite impressed with her stylist....

The hotel staff and very kind and helpful. The rooms are very large, they could use a better assortment of furnishings for their size. The junior suite I reserved had 2 twin beds in the living room area and a king size bed in the bedroom. Since it was just myself I did not need the extra beds and it would have been nice to have a sofa or easy chair to relax on. Bathrooms are fairly good size and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The king size bed was okay, not the most comfortable. The breakfast included has a good variety from fresh fruit, yogurt, grains, cheese, meats and hot entrees. Wi-fi is good and easy to use. The hotel is central to the Chapinero neighborhood and easy to walk or get transportation to other parts of the city.

There is NO other Hotel in BOGOTA that can match or exceed expectations for the money......... The WHOLE Staff performs their duties in a supreme manner. From check in to check out, our experiences are truly treasured memories. That buffet in the morning is fit for a KING and Queen with the staff on stand by to accommodate our every desire. French toast with bacon, omelets, any request we made was met with enthusiasm to satisfy us. I'm very analytical. I could go on ALL day pointing out the pleasures and the STAFF 's supreme professionalism at Hotel Estelar.

Very big and comfortable room, ideal for two adults and two children. Great breakfast, great location, super clean and very friendly staff. There was a problem with our booking and although it was not the hotels responsibility they were super helpful and sorted it out!! And... walking distance to 5 of the finest contemporary restaurants in Bogotá serving the newest Amazonian and traditional cuisines. Hotel breakfast is super healthy with unbelievably fresh fruit (Selfridges quality) and daily changing traditional South American dishes. Beds, pillows, shower, room service, all great.

We had a great stay at Estelar Suites. It's in a great location - close to heaps of bars and restaurants in the Chapinera area, and it was very spacious and comfortable. There were a lot of breakfast options, including gluten free, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back again.
